Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes! At The Lip Bar, we are proud to be 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We believe beauty shouldn't come at the expense of our animal friends.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for processing and an additional 2-4 days for delivery within the continental US.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your look. If you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used cosmetics cannot be returned.

We offer a virtual try-on tool on each product page and a 'Find Your Shade' quiz to help you discover the perfect match for your unique complexion.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working hard to expand our shipping zones to beauty lovers worldwide very soon.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we process orders quickly to get them to you as fast as possible, we can only accommodate changes or cancellations within 1 hour of the order being placed.
